Our product, Micro Estimating, integrates with Solidworks and other tools to help manufacturers accurately calculate production run times and costs. Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers using tools like Apollo.io and LinkedIn. You will also be responsible for managing customer interactions and sales processes through HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use Apollo.io, LinkedIn, and others to identify and reach out to potential customers.
  • Perform proactive outreach through emails, calls, and social media to generate new leads and build relationships.
  • Qualify leads and assess their fit for our products and services.
  • Manage and track customer interactions and sales processes using HubSpot.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of our products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and support teams to ensure alignment and leverage resources.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to refine strategies and improve performance.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the software or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
  • Analytical skills and ability to use sales data to drive decisions.
  • Adaptable and open to learning new technologies and sales strategies.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and creativity.
  • Passion for technology and manufacturing processes.
  • Must be a US citizen or green card holder. We are unable to sponsor visas for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in manufacturing or engineering.
  • Experience with technical sales or selling software solutions.

Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary of $60,000 – $76,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Commission structure with potential earnings of 10% – 15% per sale.
  • Tiered bonus structure with no cap on commissions.
  • Performance bonuses for meeting or exceeding sales targets.
